If you’re going for a beachside feel, consider a coral bowl to complement. Too many decorative items will make a room look cluttered. Consider a mix of picture frames with your favorite photos beside candles or a simple vase. On a bedside table, a small bookcase near your lamp or a vase with flowers will give your room a sophisticated feel.

 

Wall Art.Art can be intimidating to choose. But a simple piece to bring your eyes above bed level is critical to giving your room a completed, thought-out interior design. Walls without art or mirrors make a room feel unlived in. Look for art that you enjoy looking at, that doesn’t detract from your bedding but rather adds another element to your room. If you struggle finding art, consider mirrors, which can add space to a small room and fill the space on big open walls. Whether added purely for design or also for function, consider a mirror with a decorative frame that matches the design pattern you choose for your room.
